With the AEROSTAR-EVO we are expanding our portfolio of indirectly spring-loaded tined weeders. The new precision tined weeder has been developed to meet the increasing demands of modern mechanical weed control and combines maximum precision, durability, and economy.
The new partner for Fusion-Farming operations
The AEROSTAR-EVO is available in working widths from 3 m to 18 m / 10 ft to 60 ft covering the entire spectrum from smaller farms to large-scale arable farming. “The new tined weeder was designed for both organic and conventional Fusion-Farming operations that want to focus on mechanical weed control,” explains Einböck Leo. It was designed for weeding standard arable crops such as grain, corn, soybeans, beets, and sunflowers, our managing director continues.
Proven technology, newly combined
The AEROSTAR-EVO is the most economical indirectly spring-loaded tined weeder on the market. With a line spacing of 3.125 cm / 1.23”, the weeder ensures particularly fine and even weeding. Each tine can be hydraulically pressurized with a down pressure ranging from the tine’s own weight up to 4.5 kg / 10 pounds, allowing the tined weeder to adapt optimally to different soil conditions and crops.
We use tines with a diameter of 7 mm / 0.28” and a length of 500 mm / 19.7” for the AEROSTAR-EVO, which enables work with reliability even with higher plant growth. The frame construction is based on the well-known Einböck CLASSIC and EXACT models, with 1.5 m / 4,9 ft tine sections and scissor folding from the 9 m / 30 ft model upwards.
“The proven Einböck frames ensure that the AEROSTAR-EVO with a working width of 12 m / 40 ft can be driven with as little as 100 hp,” emphasizes Michael Einböck. In addition, the new precision tined weeder is extremely sturdy, easy to maintain, and durable, which increases operational reliability and work quality, the CTO continues.
