End-of-
year review 2022
Together with you the Einböck family looks back on the last 12 months!
Dear customers and farmers,
dear partners, dealers and friends of Einböck,
many great events in the fields as well as inside in the halls have let the time pass quickly from spring to winter. Now we are all once again at the turn of the year. 2022 was probably one of the most eventful years for us as well, in our 85+ year history. In our traditional end-of-year review, we provide an overview about the highlights of the last 12 months at Einböck:
- Largest turnover in the company’s history: Never before so many machines left the companys location in Upper Austria as in business year 2021/22. We were able to increase our sales once again despite major challenges in procurement, capacity limits in current production, as well as the influences from the war in Ukraine. Thanks to our hard-working and extremely motivated Einböck partners, salesmen and consultants!
- Delivery reliability: What makes us particularly proud is that we have maintained the well-known Einböck reliability even in challenging times. Our customers have received their Einböck machines on time without major delivery delays and this in times of COVID and well-known international logistics problems. Here, our large in-house production rate as well as our generous warehouse was and still is an advantage. Special thanks go to our entire team in production as well as in administration and planning.
- War in Europe: It was probably unimaginable for everyone that this could happen. After many years of peace in Europe there is now war again. Unfortunately, the worst has come to pass and this has been going on for almost 10 months now. We hope that there will be peace in Ukraine soon and that the reconstruction of this country can be started quickly.
- “Werk Dobl”: As you can see in the construction diary, the construction of the “Werk Dobl” is progressing steadily. Thanks to the great effort of our team and our external partners, we are well in time. The relocation can therefore take place as planned in late summer 2023. By then, the automatic high-bay warehouse and the two painting lines will also be ready for use. These modern facilities, as well as the offices, sanitary areas and the new Einböck company canteen, will give our employees a lot of pleasure.
- “Werk Schatzdorf”: In order to be able to increase capacity once again, a further laser cutting system and an automatic straightening machine will expand our range of machinery in 2023. Both investments will further increase our high quality standard and provide even more automation. As soon as the painting and assembly departments have moved to the “Wek Dobl”, further investments will be made at the “Werk Schatzdorf” to increase productivity, production quality and automation.
- EPAN and configurator: In order to be able to support and inform our worldwide partners even better and faster, our EPAN was recently launched. With this Einböck partner network, importers and dealers can quickly and easily retrieve data in real time. In addition, our hoeing technology configurator ensures that all necessary information can flow faster and better from farmers via dealers to our sales department which enables to quickly configure the perfect hoeing machine individually. Both systems are currently available for selected partners. For more information, please contact your local Einböck consultant.
- Innovations 2022: Our 5 new products, which we presented in the fall of 2021, are already established in the market after one season and are enjoying great interest. Especially the new premium row-crop cultivator CHOPSTAR-PRIME as well as our new premium tined weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION are after the first pre-series season and minor modifications now ready to be taken into serial production to support farmers worldwide in their work in the field.
- Agraria, Sima, Eima, Agrama, etc.: After a long break, all major indoor events could take place as planned this fall. After the great outdoor shows in spring and summer, we were of course even more looking forward to the already well-known indoor events. Especially the EIMA turned out to be extremely successful, well attended as well as very international. We are also very satisfied with the largest trade show of the year in Austria, the AGRARIA in Wels. We are especially happy about winning the “Agrarfuchs in gold” for our CHOPSTAR-PRIME. The other indoor events in Switzerland and Belgium were also successful for us. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the SIMA. There were simply not enough visitors in Paris for the very high financial and time expenditure. In France, the more regional outdoor events in summer/autumn will probably become more popular in the upcoming years.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our special thanks to all importers, dealers, factory representatives, partners, suppliers, consultants, customers, farmers and all the others, who have supported us on our journey in 2022. All these people and companies worldwide have actively helped us in the past 12 months and have worked together with us in an extremely professional, committed and motivated way. This is how agricultural technology makes fun – and tillage, hoeing and weeding technology, grassland care and seeding, is a joy!
Finally, we wish you and your families relaxing and happy holidays, Merry Christmas, a healthy and successful year 2023 as well as enough time with your families and friends. We are looking forward to continue our successful cooperation 2022 and to shape agriculture together with you in a positive, sustainable, and future-oriented way. Of course, you should also find enough relaxation and quality time with your families as well as friends.
We are already looking forward to get started again with you in 2023 and continuing to work together successfully.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr, im Jahr 2023 gemeinsam mit Ihnen wieder durchstarten zu können und weiter erfolgreich zusammen zu arbeiten.
Until then, greetings from the “Innviertel” region in Upper Austria,
“Merry Christmas and Happy New Year – stay healthy!”
