SMART-GRIP Quick Adjustment for CHOPSTAR-TWIN and -VERSO.
The row-crop cultivators CHOPSTAR-TWIN and CHOPSTAR-VERSO were specifically designed for hoeing extremely close along the crop rows. By precutting and “hoeing away,” very small crops can be cultivated at a very early stage without disturbing them. The working tool also serves as the crop protection element. The adjustment of individual working tools like cutting discs and angle knives must be precisely tailored to the size and width of the crop.
To make this adjustment even faster, the SMART-GRIP Quick Adjustment was developed. The cutting discs and angle knives are mounted on a common holder and are adjusted simultaneously by opening and closing. A special 4-fold clamping ensures a secure hold even under extreme conditions. The SMART-GRIP system brings extreme time savings and quick adaptation of the row-crop cultivator to various conditions for farmers or contractors.
