Precision and adjustment reliability reach a new level with the innovative SMART-CONTROL system. This system is designed to regulate the settings of the premium weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION, such as tine aggressiveness and automatically adapt to changing ground conditions within the field. This allows each weeding section to be tined with varying tine pressure and, consequently, with a consistent working depth over the entire working width, depending on the ground surface.
In addition, the SMART-CONTROL system offers several useful functions, such as an automatic headland setting and an automatic tine cleaning function. With this function, the tines are shaken automatically at the headland to remove any organic material that has been dragged along, without the driver having to dismount.
All aggressiveness settings and machine folding are performed through an ISOBUS terminal. Specifically, for large farms with many different fields and operators, Einböck’s SMART-CONTROL ensures that the premium weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION can be operated by any user as professionally and precisely as possible.
