With the premium tined weeder, both standard crops such as grain, corn, beans, beets, etc., as well as bed, hill or special crops such as potatoes, vegetables, herbs, etc., can be weeded gently or extremely aggressive.

The advantages of
AEROSTAR‑FUSION
Premium in every sense of the word – the AEROSTAR-FUSION
- Constant tine pressure of up to 6 kg / 13 lbs along the entire spring deflection
- Big frame clearance of up to 530 mm / 21″ for higher crops (e.g. corn, sunflowers, etc.) or hills
- Tines which can be swivelled up (transport & working positions) with quick-change system
- Biggest possible operational reliability & precision
- Practical, operator-friendly & durable design
The perfect tine thickness for arable crops, vegetables, herbs and more. The 7 mm / 0.28″ thick and 530 mm / 20.87″ long tines ensure consistent, accurate and precise results. The lateral spring deflection is limited during operation by the elongated plastic holder.
Tine pressure of up to 6 kg / 13 lbs
To ensure that heavily crusted and hard soils are precisely weeded, the tines can be pretensioned with up to 6 kg / 13 lbs of down pressure. Gentle weeding with the tines’ own weight is also possible without having to change the tine position or the frame height. This enables the premium tined weeder to be adjusted with extreme precision and keeps the selected tine pressure 100 % constant.
Optimised tine radius & 10 cm / 4" tine wear length
The tine radius has been flattened off to enable efficient, blockage-free weeding, even if there is a high amount of organic matter. This means that less material can build up in the tines. The wear length of the 7 mm / 0.28″ tines is 100 mm / 4″. Tines with rounded carbide tips are available for large farms and contractors.
Frame height of up to 53 cm / 20.9"
The AEROSTAR-FUSION’s frame height of up to 530 mm / 20.9″ (depending on tine position) allows efficient weeding of higher crops and hills without damaging the crop.
Constant down pressure thanks to perfect tine geometry
A precisely coordinated geometry ensures consistent aggressivity regardless of the tine position. This ensures consistent aggressivity, for example, on very uneven soils or on hills or beds.
Special double spring
To increase durability and to facilitate maintenance, the standard Einböck double springs are arranged above the frame. These Einböck special springs without pull ropes ensure that the spring travel is fixed and the springs cannot “swing” upwards or “hang through”.
Tines can be swivelled up hydraulically
The tine sections on the AEROSTAR-FUSION premium weeder can be swivelled up and are limited in movement towards the front. This has the following advantages:
- No tine bending on the headland
- Safe road transport & compact transport position
- No hanging tines when parking the machine
- Comfortable driving on both field and road
Closed and tidy frame
The closed, tidy frame design offers the following advantages:
- Perfect soil adaptation of the chassis
- Easy folding and compact transport
- Long service life of the machine
- Depth-control wheels can be flexibly mounted on the frame
- Quiet machine operation – even at high speeds
Very smooth-running machine
Even at high speed or working at uneven fields, the frame design ensures that the machine runs very smoothly. This means there is no build-up of vibration on the AEROSTAR-FUSION, which significantly increases the machine’s service life.
Pivoting rear support wheels
The pivoting support wheels at the rear of the machine ensure that the tined weeder runs smoothly (especially at high speeds), even on bends. The wheels lock into the middle position as early as the implement is being raised to ensure that the wheels do not swivel when lifted. Moreover the wheels can always be set down “in the middle” behind the machine when at the headland.
Easy adjustment of the support wheels
The support wheels can be adjusted stepless on a special frame to different row distances or tractor tracks. Furthermore, this robust and special Einböck tube helps that the adaptation can be done quickly by just loosening two screws. A measuring aid on the wings permits a fast and accurate adjustment exact to the centimetre or inch also in the field.
Hydraulic headland setting
The wings can easily be folded up at the headland. This ensures a comfortable and safe turning at the headlands.
Support wheels with tractor tyre profile
All support wheels are fitted with a tractor tyre profile what cleans them easier and ensures a tidy operation. In addition, this profile leaves a rough surface and does not press the soil firmly. Thus, the following weeder tines of the rear support wheels can work better and the soil is worked through completely. For larger working widths, the wheels on the wings are automatically swivelled in during the folding process, so there’s no need to leave the cab.
Adaptable frame: rigid or flexible
The tine weeder frame can be converted from rigid to flexible to enable following the ground better, particularly on slopes or on uneven surfaces.
Adjusting the tine pressure via horizontal "parallel shift"
The compact double frame with parallel shift makes it easy to adjust the tine pressure without having to change the frame height or wheel position – and all done comfortably and hydraulically from the tractor cab.
At 28 mm / 1.10″, the line spacing is optimised for ultimate precision. The coordinated ratio between line spacing and tine length also ensures excellent results with standard crops such as grains, beets, soya and corn, as well as with special and ridged crops.
The 6 beams that the weeder tines are mounted on are spaced far apart. This ensures a better passing of organic matter and no blockages when working with the tined weeder.
The aggressive setting can be read from a visible scale from the tractor cab.
A plus point during machinery maintenance and servicing. Individual tines in the plant row can also be quickly “hung out”, e.g. when working with very sensible crops.
The tines are mounted in the centre of the “elongated” holders, which ensure they are guided steadily and accurately. The individual tines can also be rapidly changed via a quick-change system.
Tines with carbide tipping
For large farms and contractors, carbide-coated tines with rounded tips are available as an option. These massively increase the service life of the tines and reduce the need / time taken for maintenance.
Seeding box for cover crop seeding
The seeding box P-BOX-STI can be mounted up to the 12 m / 40 ft model to combine seeding with the weeding pass. It is mounted as close as possible to the tractor to ensure that the machine’s centre of gravity does not shift too far back. For large machines or higher application rates, a pneumatic front tank JUMBO-SEED can be attached to the tractors front hydraulics. This ensures an extremely good weight distribution between the front and rear machine.
ISOBUS weeder
SMART-CONTROL provides an ISOBUS control for all settings of the premium tined weeder. The folding of the machine and the hydraulic tine adjustment can be regulated conveniently via the ISOBUS terminal. Features such as the automatic cleaning function and sequential circuits ensure professional, easy and precise functioning of the premium tined weeder for any operator.
- Mechanically swiveling support wheels (from model 900)
- Hydraulically swiveling support wheels (from model 900)
- Warning signs with holders and LED lights at the front and/or rear
- Additional support wheels are available as an option in case they need to be added to the outer wings (e.g. on hilly terrain), for example.
