With the AEROSTAR-FUSION premium tined weeder, you can weed standard crops (e.g. corn, soybeans, sunflowers, grains, field beans, sugar beets, etc.), ridged crops (e.g. potatoes) and special crops (e.g. vegetables, herbs, etc.) efficient and effectively. The aggressivity setting on the premium tined weeder can be adjusted hydraulically from extremely gentle (for blind weeding) to ultra aggressive (for crust breaking). The contact pressure on the AEROSTAR-FUSION is up to 6 kg / 13.20 lbs per tine. The premium weeder is an absolute superstar in the tined weeder segment in all areas, from tine arrangement, adjustment and fixing, to tyre equipment and frame construction. 

 

The AEROSTAR-FUSION is one of 9 different types of weeders manufactured by Einböck. It is the fourth weeder for crop maintenance, alongside the AEROSTAR-CLASSIC and AEROSTAR-EXACT tined weeders and the AEROSTAR-ROTATION rotative weeder.

The 7 mm / 0.28" thick and 530 mm / 20.87" long tines ensure consistent, accurate and precise results. The lateral spring deflection is limited during operation by the elongated plastic holder.

The AEROSTAR-FUSION can produce up to 6 kg / 13 lbs of contact pressure to weed heavily crusted and hard soils with precision. Special double spring without a wire, placed above the frame
To increase durability and facilitate servicing, the standard double springs are placed above the frame. The spring deflection is also fixed by the special Einböck wireless springs and the springs cannot "swing" upwards or "hang through".

All support wheels are fitted with a tractor tyre profile what cleans them easier and ensures a tidy operation. In addition, this profile leaves a rough surface and does not press the soil firmly. Thus, the following weeder tines of the rear support wheels can work better and the soil is worked through completely. For larger working widths, the wheels on the wings are automatically swivelled in during the folding process, so there's no need to leave the cab.

The pneumatic seeder P-BOX-STI, for seeding intercrops can be mounted on all AEROSTAR-FUSION models up to a working width of 12 m / 40 ft. It is mouned as close as possible to the tractor to ensure that the machine's centre of gravity does not shift too far back. A 500 l tank can also be installed upon request.

The SMART-CONTROL system for the AEROSTAR-FUSION adjusts the tine aggressivity automatically to changing soil conditions within a field. Other settings and machine folding are also done via the ISOBUS terminal. Additional functions such as the "automatic cleaning function" ensure that the AEROSTAR-FUSION premium tined weeder with SMART-CONTROL can be used by any operator as professionally, safely and precisely as possible.
