The PNEUMATICSTAR-PRO is designed as the version for professionals or large farms (in comparison to the PNEUMATICSTAR) for grassland restoration. The machine is available in working width 3, 6 or 12 metres / 9.80, 19.70 or 39.40 ft. with an extremely solid frame construction. A heavy levelling board which is overload-protected by springs, levels molehills in front of the support wheels. It is adjusted "on hold", so it lifts the soil and spreads it loose in the turf. Pores in the soil are not smeared up! As the support wheels are behind the levelling plate the machine works very smoothly with a high working speed.
There are 2 versions of the PNEUMATICSTAR-PRO available. MD Version with mechanical drive of the seeding roller and STI with electronic drive of the seeding roller, controlled by the STI terminal.

This means that the tine pressure can be easily increased or reduced depending on the soil conditions. The tine aggresivity is identical on each section over the full working width. The turf is opened - this helps to control the rough stalked meadow grass in summer. The hydraulic levelling system guarantees an equal pressure on each weeder section and the tines to follow the contour of the ground perfectly even in uneven terrain.

The centrally placed deflector plates ensure an even distribution of the seeds over the full working width. Furthermore, the operating speed of roller and grassland harrow do not match. In case soil gets stuck to the roller, seeds which have been distributed by the weeder get stuck on it and previously sown grass is collected from the ground again. In addition, a roller etablishes contact between previously torn out weeds (such as the rough stalked meadow grass) and the ground. So they will not dry out, but continue to grow. Especially for reseeding and grassland care, rolling is not necessary as the roller runs on the turf and has very limited contact to the soil.
