Many applications and machine combinations

The front tank in combination with the rear mounted machine is suitable for many applications: e.g. drill seeding (picture), undersowing, catch crops, winter greening, grassland - new seeding and reseeding, fertilizing, etc.
The front tank can be combined with many machines: row crop drill (picture), weeder, cultivator, rollers, etc.
Attachment kits and distribution systems are available for many Einböck machines.

Large working widths possible
Up to 4 distribution heads ensure that the front tank can also be used with larger working widths. In addition, they ensure short hose lengths on the machine before application. For example, an exact seeding of under-seeding or fertilizing is easy to achieve with a 12 m / 39.4 ft. weeder or row crop cultivator (12-row).

4 dosing units for high flexibility

The 4 dosing units not only enable large working widths, they also increase the flexibility to adjust to different rows when used with row-crop cultivators. Precise adaptation to the row-crop cultivator is immensely important for the exact application of fertilizer or catch crops!

Spreading of many different seeds
Cereals, rape, grain legumes (soya, field beans, …), catch crops, grass seeds, clovers, fertilizers, etc… as well as different seed mixtures.

Two dosing units made of stainless steel with rotary airlock

The tank is equipped with 2 dosing units that have an integrated rotary airlock. The 2 dosing units distribute the seeds evenly on 2 hoses, so there are 4 hoses in total. The rotary airlock directs the air flow into the hoses (prevents the blower air from escaping upwards), and thus the seeds are transported easier and more precisely to the distributors at the rear mounted machine.

The front tank JUMBO-SEED enables the powerful distribution of fertilizer or seed in a wide range of output quantity with larger row crop cultivators. By placing the weight of the seed drill (incl. seed) at the front of the tractor, the weight distribution is optimised and soil compaction is prevented. This has an extremely positive effect on large implements in particular, as the total weight of the row crop cultivator / crop drill and seed can be extremely high.

Big opening for comfortable filling of the tank as well as interial tank grid

The big tank opening and the 2 foldable filling steps ensure comfortable filling. A sieve made from stainless steel above the dosing unit prevents foreign objects from entering the dosing unit.

Hydraulic fan with higher capacity
The hydraulic fan requires max. 35 litres / min oil flow and a pressure free return line. The special fan enabels a higher capacity to distribute seed or fertilizer accordingly.

Different seeding rollers for small and large application rates incl. parking position

The different seeding rollers enable perfect and correct seeding for small and large application rates. To prevent the seeding shafts from being damaged or lost, a parking position is provided on the front tank. Here, the seeding shafts are protected and always on the machine.

Close mounting on the tractor protects the soil and avoids high front axle loads.

The optionally available calibration button enables convenient switching on and off during the calibration test directly at the front tank.

The foldable, 2-filling steps ensure safe filling of the front tank.

2x2 dosing units - 4 outlets
The 2 dosing units distribute the seeds evenly to up to 4 outlets, which in return provide perfect distribution accuracy with a head distributor each on the row-crop cultivator. If fewer outlets are required, blind plugs (1) or sliders ensure that these are switched off.

Connecting tube to the rear mounted machine (for row-crop cultivators or row-crop drill)

The connecting tubes are placed under the tractor. This provides a direct connection between the front tank and the rear mounted machine, which in return increases accuracy and precision.

Two monitoring windows
Two visibly placed monitoring windows help the operator to check the level of the front tank at any time from the tractor cab.

Wheels on the parking support
Wheels for the parking supports are available for easier and faster handling.

Calibration button on the machine
A calibration button on the tank enables the calibration test to be carried out directly on the machine.

Necessary speed sensor
Different sensors are available for speed detection.

1. Via the 7-pin signal socket the values of the tractor can be taken over (e.g. speed information and linkage signal come from the tractor)
2. The GPS sensor is mounted on the front tank to precisely determine the speed - additional top link or linkage sensor required
3. Radar sensor - additional top link or linkage sensor required.

Various other sensors
Many other optional sensors are available for increased safety, efficiency and accuracy at work

1. Upper link sensor: the seeding shaft is automatically switched off when the implement is raised (not shown).
2. Linkage sensor: the seeding shaft is automatically switched off when the implement is lifted (not shown).
3. Level sensor: it warns when the seeds in the tank are coming to an end. This sensor works independently of vibrations (picture).
