We continue to grow! - with "Werk Dobl"

For sustainable & modern agriculture!

We double production capacity

Thanks to the strong increase in demand for agricultural machinery for mechanical weed control as well as for soil cultivation & seeding technology, we are doubling our production capacity with an investment of approximately € 30 million. In the fall of 2023, "Werk Dobl" is scheduled to go into operation and create around 100 additional jobs in the region.

August 2023

The first assembly activities have begun

The assembly department has recently been in test operation and is currently optimizing or organizing the newly acquired assembly area.

July 2023

The move has begun!

The move has begun and our new production hall is gradually being set up. The automatic high-bay warehouse is being filled and the final assembly work is underway on the overhead conveyor.

May 2023

Opening "Einkehr" & final spurt paint shop

Finally the time has come and our new company restaurant "Einkehr" will be opened. The two painting lines will go into test operation for the first time in the next few weeks.

April 2023

Test operation of high-bay warehouse

The automated high-bay warehouse is currently in its test operation. The office and the company restaurant "Einkehr" are in the process of completion and will go into operation in May 2023.

March 2023

Bridge cranes, high-bay warehouse & painting lines

The bridge cranes are fully assembled In the new assembly area as well as in the shipping area. The construction of the fully automated high-bay warehouse is almost complete and the new customized painting lines are quickly unfolding.

January 2023

New loading hall and the completion of the offices

Our new indoor loading hall has been in operation since the beginning of 2023. The entire EDP is currently underway prior to the move into the new offices.

November 2022

Thanks to the pleasant weather conditions, asphalt paving is scheduled as planned in November.

The finishing touches are already being made in the office spaces and the installations in the production area are progressing.

October 2022

Assembly of the new facilities

The interior construction is taking shape. Assembly of the first operating facilities has already begun.

September 2022

The floor in the hall has been concreted.

The tiles and electrics are currently getting installed in the offices. The outside area is now ready for asphalting.

August 2022

Concrete floor and screed

In the hall, the monolith floor is currently being concreted & the office, lounge area and company canteen are ready prepared for the screed, which will follow soon.

July 2022

The windows and roll-up doors are mounted and the external works on the building is complete.

The inner hall is ready for the next big step which is the installation of the concrete floor. The office rooms are also starting to take shape.

June 2022

The exterior construction is almost done!

The 227 meter long retaining wall is finished, as well as the exterior facade. The windows and light domes, which are positioned on the roof are being installed. The construction workers and plumbers are hard at work in the office building.

May 2022

Everything is new in May!

The exterior facade is almost finished and our plant shines in a new guise.

The overhangs from the large hall to the shipping hall are fixed and the office building continues to grow.

April 2022

All columns, pillars and beams have been set up.

The first long side of the exterior facade will be finished this week and the work has begun on the roof.

March 2022

The new office tract is being built!

"Werk Dobl" continues to take shape and the work on the external facade has already started.

Despite the rainy weather, the construction is progressing strongly.

In the fall of 2023, "Werk Dobl" is scheduled to go into operation and create around 100 additional jobs in the region.</p> <p><strong>New production facilities, assembly hall, shipping hall, offices and canteen</strong><br /> The heart of the largest investment in our company's history will be the two coating lines. In one of the most modern surface coating lines in the agricultural machinery sector, varnishing will take place with the latest technology. The required energy for painting will be provided entirely by renewable resources. Furthermore, a fully automated high-bay warehouse and an overhead track between the coating line and the assembly line will modernize and automate production. "With the doubling of production capacity as well as the new equipment, it will be possible to produce new and larger machines faster and more efficiently," says Michael Einböck. He adds that the increasing level of automation will also enable the output generated to be greatly increased. Production manager Alfred Erkner-Sacherl also emphasizes that the new equipment will further increase product quality and improve the production flow.</p> <p>Leopold Einböck Sr. proudly explains: "I am particularly pleased that we can now offer our employees a company canteen with a terrace, where mostly regional products will be offered, in addition to offices and recreation rooms which meet the latest standards." All in all the way of producing machines will be of superior quality in our new factory: production flow will be optimized, automatic overhead rail to transport components and machines, fully automated warehousing for parts and components, workplaces full of light and improved logistics operation in the indoor loading hall.</p> <p><strong>100% energy self-sufficient </strong></p> <p>We are particularly concerned that not only environmentally friendly and sustainable products are produced, the machines shall also be manufactured in the most ecological way. For example, "Werk Dobl" will be heated with wooden chips from trees which grow in the region. In addition, it is planned to generate electricity with the help of photovoltaic systems, which are located on the roof of the new production halls. This will enable us&nbsp;to produce 100% of the required energy and heat for "Werk Schatzdorf" and "Werk Dobl" out of renewable energy.</p> <p>„When planning our new factory, we once again went far beyond the minimum legal requirements, paid great attention to the highest possible level of environmental protection and the conservation of resources. Now we are proud we will be able to produce energy autonomously and CO2-neutrally in future," says Leopold Einböck Jr. He adds that, for the sake of the environment, a large area was planted with approximately 2,000 trees.</p> <p><strong>For modern and future-proof agricultural engineering</strong></p> <p>In the existing factory "Schatzdorf", the material flow will be optimized and the plant expansion will create additional space for expansion of the "primary production" located there (all metal works, such as flatbed and tube laser systems, welding robots). Accordingly, all machines will continue to be planned, developed, tested and produced directly at the company site in Dorf and der Pram (Upper Austria). We are thus taking a further step towards a sustainable future and, with the "Werk Dobl", are setting an example for modern and sustainable "fusion farming" agriculture and technology. We are once again committed to our location in the region of Upper Austria and are particularly proud of the fact that we will continue to create high-quality, professional jobs in the region.</p>
