We are proud to have been honoured with the “German Sustainability Award”. This recognises our ongoing commitment in sustainable and environmentally friendly production. This award shows that we consistently go beyond the legal requirements and invest in environmentally friendly production facilities.
Photovoltaic system
Our photovoltaic system as a contribution to a clean energy supply
Since 2013 we are using a photovoltaic system on the roof of our production halls, which supplies energy for approx. 460 single-family houses. In this way we generate renewable energy from an inexhaustible energy source. There is no noise or odour nuisance, no emissions and no pollutants.
Wood chip heating system
CO2-neutral heating with our wood chip system
We have been heating our entire company site with wood chips for a long time. Also our red paint is burned in with a modern wood chip heating system. A big part of the used wood comes from our own forests. Thus we use clean, renewable energy and heat CO2-neutrally.
Water treatment plant
Water reuse thanks to state-of-the-art treatment system
We use one of the most modern water treatment plants (vacuum evaporator) in the paint shop and can therefore reuse the water for cleaning the machines before painting. In 1998 we were awarded the Upper Austrian Environmental Protection Prize. This means that several thousand litres of water can be recycled annually.
Electric forklift
Efficient and quiet use of electric forklifts
Indoors we only use electric forklifts, which are charged overnight. They are emission-free, do not pollute the air we breathe and have a lower noise level. For our shift workers there are some extra batteries available.
Recycling
Resource conservation through reuse
We reuse cartons for spare parts deliveries and thus reduce carton consumption. By using paper snippets from our office to safely package our products, even paper that is no longer needed is reused.
Products
Our machines reduce the use of sprays
We produce machines that help conventional and organic farmers to reduce or even avoid spraying of chemicals. Thanks to their long service life and robust construction, our products can be used for many years and do not have to be replaced after a short period of use.
Paperless office
On the way to the paperless office
We focus on using paperless documents and want to achieve a completely paperless office in the next few years. For example, we have been digitally storing and sending incoming and outgoing invoices for a long time.
Deliveries
Environmentally friendly deliveries thanks to optimised transport
We pay attention to the environment when delivering machines by shipping full truck loads and minimising empty runs. Throughout Austria deliveries are done with young, company-owned trucks. These are equipped with the latest technology. By arranging efficient deliveries to our partners, we can ensure that no kilometre is driven too much.
Car pools
Promoting carpooling and the use of public transport
We organize company trips, business trips, etc. in carpools or use video telephony to stay in touch with our partners from all over the world. We focus on the use of rail and public transport. Air miles or motorway kilometres are reduced as much as possible.
Waste separation
Efficient waste separation and avoidance of single-use plastic
We do not use plastic bags, disposable crockery or plastic cups. We recycle and separate all waste that accumulates in the entire company area.

Responsibility along the entire value chain
We pay close attention to our entire value chain and know where our raw materials come from. We place great importance to environmentally friendly production, short distances and regionality.
Filter systems
Filter systems for a healthy working environment
The ventilation and filter systems used throughout the company are state of the art. This enables us to ensure that no unnecessary pollutants are excreted and that polluted air is cleaned.
