The pre-series version of our new premium tined weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION was put under test during the big "Precision tined weeders comparison" by the Austrian agricultural magazine "Landwirt" and delivered astonishing results. The two-part test report is divided into a practical test in the field (southern areas of Burgenland, Austria), accompanied by the magazine "Landwirt", and theoretical measurements on the test stand, which were carried out by “BLT Wieselburg” (school/university for agriculture). Weeded crops were grain after maize stubble, pumpkin, soybean and corn with different row distances and at different growth stages (e.g. blind weeding, weeding shortly before the closure of the row, etc.).

<h4><span class="blue highlighted"><strong>Top marks for our AEROSTAR-FUSION</strong></span></h4> <p class="text-block">For the most important area concerning the farmer, "working application", no other tined weeder was able to collect more positive points than our new <a href="t3://page?uid=956">AEROSTAR-FUSION</a>. In addition, the jury could not identify any negative points in this important category of "practicability".&nbsp;</p> <p class="text-block">&nbsp;</p> <p class="text-block">Among other things, the jury highly praised: The <strong>folding up of the weeding tines</strong>, which enables automatic and thus quick cleaning of the tines, which is particularly important when working in mulch seeding. In addition, the test farms found that the Einböck special tine <strong>cleans better</strong>, and <strong>organic material</strong> can pass through without any problems.</p> <p class="text-block">&nbsp;</p> <p class="text-block">Our <a href="t3://page?uid=956">AEROSTAR-FUSION</a> also takes first place in maximum tine pressure (radial &amp; vertical) with <strong>6.5 kg</strong>. Thanks to its optimal weight distribution, the tined weeder does not swing even at high working speeds and thus guaranteeing <strong>constant tine pressure</strong> and <strong>maximum precision</strong>, regardless of frame height and tine working angle.</p> <p class="text-block">&nbsp;</p> <p class="text-block">The close <strong>line spacing of 2.8 cm</strong> enables the <a href="t3://page?uid=956">AEROSTAR-FUSION</a> to work over the entire surface and thus providing optimum weed control. This ensures the best quality of work and maximum precision in the field, even under the most difficult operating conditions. The <strong>maximum frame clearance</strong> <strong>height</strong> of up to <strong>53 cm</strong> is also impressive in practical use. Furthermore, our new tined weeder achieves top marks for ground adaptation, pressure adjustment and sensitivity.</p> <p class="text-block">&nbsp;</p> <h4><span class="blue highlighted"><strong>Durable multi-talent &amp; user-friendly all-rounder</strong></span></h4> <p class="text-block">The premium tined weeder <a href="t3://page?uid=956">AEROSTAR-FUSION</a> is the universal, durable all-rounder for gentle blind weeding or aggressive crust breaking. Its sophisticated and stable construction ensures <strong>maximum usability</strong> allowing its owner years of operational pleasure without any compromise.</p> <p class="text-block">We optimised the machine even before the publication of the test report, where the "Landwirt" test team had suggestions for improvement of our pre-series machine.
