12 m XXL row-crop cultivator with new double folding frame

Maximum output with minimum transport width.

We are expanding our hoeing technology portfolio once again and now offer a new 12 m / 40 ft row-crop cultivator with double folding frame. This new frame combines maximum area output with practical transport efficiency and impressive compactness. The completely newly developed construction allows a folding down to a transport width of only 3 m / 10 ft and a height of less than 4 m / 13 ft.

Michael Einböck explains the advantages of the new double folding frame: “All hoeing elements are now arranged in a single line and the ROW-GUARD camera sideshift frame is permanently attached to the new toolbar. Both minimize the machine length and thus bringing the center of gravity as close as possible to the tractor, which improves handling, driving safety, and precision!”

The new row-crop cultivator can be used for all common row distances up to a working width of 12 m / 40 ft, e.g. classic 24 rows with 50 cm / 20 inches row distance or 16 rows with 75 cm / 30 inches – all with a transport width of less than 3 m / 10 ft. The new double folding frame is compatible with all our well-proven hoeing tools such as finger weeders, protection elements, etc. The JUMBO front tanks for seeding undersown crops, applying fertilizer or band spraying can also be combined perfectly with the new XXL row-crop cultivator. The parallelogram lifting via SECTION-CONTROL is part of the standard equipment.

With this new development we underline our technological leadership in the field of mechanical weed control. The practical double folding frame sets new standards in terms of acreage, reliability, durability, and ease of use. The solution is consistently aligned with the operational demands of large-scale, modern fusion farming operations.
