Starting this season, our red machines are equipped with a QR code on the serial plate. By simply scanning this “digital machine card,” our customers worldwide have direct access to all machine-related documents. Provided for each specific serial number. This means that operating and set-up instructions, spare parts lists, and much more are available in a clear, uncomplicated manner in a matter of seconds – via QR code or at www.einboeck.at/en/help. Machine handover and warranty activation are also digital.
