The premium tined weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION is now available with an impressive 60-foot (18-meter) working width.
The premium tined weeder AEROSTAR-FUSION is now available with an impressive 60-foot (18-meter) working width. Specifically developed for the North American market, this XXL weeder features a transport width of just 24 feet, delivering even greater efficiency and coverage for large-scale farms seeking for professional tools for mechanical weed control.
Like the smaller AEROSTAR-FUSIONs, the 1800 model also offers consistent tine pressure from its indirectly spring-loaded 7 mm tines (also available with carbide tip), with adjustable down pressure of up to 13 lbs (6 kg). Moreover, it ensures stable, quiet operation thanks to its 14 support wheels, and boasts a robust design with a high frame clearance of up to 21 inches (53 cm) for increased durability, performance and higher working speeds.
“With the AEROSTAR-FUSION, we can now offer the best tined weeder also to farmers using 60-foot tramlines – such as those on 24 rows at 30-inch spacing or 36 rows at 20-inch,” says Martin Wagner, International Sales Director.
